Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your profile, salary and cycle settings, transactions, bills, commitments, remittances, credit cards, AI chat history and push tokens. It cannot be undone.

From inside the app

You can delete your account yourself at any time: open Dirhamly and go to Profile → Delete my account. The deletion happens immediately.

If you don’t have the app installed

Fill in the form below with the email address on your Dirhamly account. It opens a pre-written message to support@dirhamly.com in your email app — send it and we will delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by reply.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule within 30 days, and only aggregated, non-identifying statistics remain. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
