1. What Dirhamly is

Dirhamly is a personal budgeting app built around UAE salary cycles. You enter your salary, bills and spending, and the app calculates a Safe Daily Spend figure and related insights. Dirhamly does not connect to your bank and does not move money.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at support@dirhamly.com if you believe it has been accessed by someone else.

3. Price

Dirhamly is free at launch. Paid Pro features may be introduced later. If that happens, the features you already rely on will not be taken away without notice, and any paid plan will be clearly priced and opt-in before you are charged. See Pricing for what is planned.

4. Not financial advice

Dirhamly is not licensed financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It is not a bank and is not licensed by the UAE Central Bank, the Securities and Commodities Authority, or any other financial regulator. The numbers the app shows — including Safe Daily Spend, zakat estimates and anything Dir, the AI coach, tells you — are calculations and suggestions based on the figures you entered.

You are responsible for your own financial decisions. Verify anything important with a qualified professional before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions you make using the app.

5. Accuracy

The app is only as accurate as the data you give it. Exchange rates, zakat thresholds and similar reference figures are provided for guidance and may be out of date or incorrect.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use Dirhamly for anything unlawful.
• Do not attempt to access another user's data, or to break, probe or overload the service.
• Do not resell, scrape or redistribute the app or its content.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Availability

We work to keep Dirhamly running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete my account, or via our deletion request form.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dirhamly is provided “as is” and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for any financial loss arising from decisions you make using the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and the date above will change.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
